Our story
We started under a tent, moved to a food truck, and cooked our way into a kitchen on Graham Drive.
Catfish, pork chops, wings in any flavor you can name, and the greens and dressing Bowling Green already knows us for. DeWalt's Soulful Expressions is the lunch spot, and the same kitchen caters the big jobs.
How we got here
Cooking outside, selling plates to whoever showed up. No dining room, no sign, just the food.
The truck let us take it to where people already were — events, lots, wherever the crowd was.
A real kitchen inside the Housing Authority of Bowling Green's Small Business Development Place, a building made for businesses like ours to get a start.
Lunch Tuesday through Saturday, the full soul food spread on Sundays, and catering any day you need us.
